The best alternatives on the market to mainstream brands or hard to find fans.

The best value for money at the moment! Finding the right fans can be difficult during this time. This prompted me to look for an alternative. The Antec Prizm fans were exactly what I was looking for but at a fraction of the price. Build is solid, colors are vibrant and controls work as advertised with a cable to connect to the motherboard. Be sure to hold down the "Mode" button to connect the controller to the motherboard. I see some other reviews misleading others. 1.) No, 140mm fans are NOT the same size (in terms of blades) as 120mm fans. NOT CORRECT! I measured both and even visually you can see the difference. 2.) For those who claim to be loud. They are loud at full speed (1700rpm) and if you ONLY connect the fans to the controller you will NOT get a PWM signal to control their speed. As soon as these fans receive a PWM signal from the mainboard, their standby noise is almost silent. 3.) Fan daisy chaining helped my 9 fans in 5 ports on the controller. The fans come with daisy chain connectors. The controller has great colors and effects. The transitions are fluid. The best part is that it uses SATA for power instead of the classic/old Molex connection. Feel free to buy. This is a great alternative if you can't find the fans you need right now or are looking for good cheap fans. Buy with confidence. A++ for construction. ***UPDATE*** After using the fans for a month, both 140mm fans stopped spinning (couldn't even spin). Upon further inspection and removal of the hub, I saw that the PWM chip tolerance (on the tiny circuit board) is the ONLY fit for the hub and will wear out after some time in use. The magnet on the hub is covered with a rubberized material. This has rubbed on the chip during operation. After removing all debris, I re-greased the bearing (I used automotive axle grease), installed the hub TWICE (installed, removed and reinstalled until it clicked) and now my fans are running smooth and good as new. I'm only writing this because I've seen many reports of 140mm fan failures. YOU CAN CORRECT! If this happens and you exit the return window (my situation) you can fix it.
