I've had good experiences with this, but it was very frustrating for me at first. I don't know if it's WD's fault, but when they came they basically didn't have a drive letter assigned, so they didn't show up in File Explorer. But I found a solution so I decided to post it there. Open Control Panel, type Disk Management, right-click an unlettered drive and select its destination. You can also format it to NFTS instead of exFAT so you can compress files and because it's basically an upgrade. If your files don't copy, it might just be a corrupted file and the rest is fine. So don't copy the entire folder, just a few subfolders at a time so you can isolate the problem and move or delete it. There were a few hiccups, but once I figured out what was going on, they turned out to be really good, very fast little hard drives.
