10/10 for me.We keep one in the freezer to use as an ice pack, and it works very well. We have used it once or twice, and see that it serves its purpose.The other one we use for when we need hot packs, and this is what made me an advocate. I have used it so many times since we purchased - I deal with digestive issues, so this has become my favorite companion. I literally use it multiple times a day; 40s in the microwave do the trick, and it lasts me for about 20min (when I feel it’s getting cold, I take it out of the sleeve). Even under constant usage, the pack remains the same and works wonders!The sleeve itself also helps to avoid burns; the strap is great to keep it in place. Great product all around!
