Not as quick to install as suggested, but doable at home.
Why did I give him three. Yes it was easy to install but this requires you to pop the rivet 1 time which they don't include but most other brands do. So I had to run to my local auto parts store and buy two (which means 25 as that's the lowest price they sell them for. But at 1.99 it's fine) but technically that took 20 minutes to this install added. With all the screws and clamps to loosen, the install took 25 minutes at best for 1. So that's overkill. Although they look good.
