Review on South Bay Alternative Comforter Purple Bedding by John Faxon

I am very disappointed in this comforter. I have one that is almost identical to this one (same thickness and stitching) and it's gray so I figured it was the same quality. When it arrived I unpacked it, then washed and dried it. The padding between all the seams has become very lumpy and lumpy and will no longer be smoothed out. When I laid it on the bed, it seemed like there were balls of socks under the covers, but in fact it was crumpled batting. The color is perfect. That's exactly the thickness I wanted. It's just very poorly done. I know I shouldn't be very disappointed as the price was so low but I paid the same for my grey, which I washed weekly for two years and has never lost its shape. So I guess I had the same expectations for this one. i will return it
