The ability to track hours worked remotely is great! It's also helpful that I have access 24/7 even if my manager isn't there when they normally are working from home (or vice versa).

There aren't any downsides as far as this software goes but it could be improved by allowing more flexibility with certain time zones like US Central Time Zone since some people work during different times than what their location says. This has been good overall though because we've had no issues tracking remote employees' productivity at night while not being able to see them physically which saves us quite a bit compared to other platforms out there such as ADP Payroll Services.
