I am pretty impressed with these. I had down pillows many years ago that were great but once they were retired I chose not to spring for good replacements (which I regret).Now after neck pain issues and physical therapy I figured it was time. I’m a side sleeper with broad shoulders and one of these does the trick. It’s not always 100% comfortable but it’s a drastic improvement over the cheapy foam type and I have literally tried dozens of different models of cheaper pillows and foam pad combinations hoping one would work.
