I am a 64 year old female who has never used a bidet in her life. After doing a lot of research, I went for this one day after deciding that a manual bidet wasn't going to give me all the features I wanted. This article has at least most of them, plus a few that I wasn't expecting and was pleasantly surprised by. This model seems to have more features than many without breaking the bank. I installed it myself without any problems. It actually took me longer to find the tools than to install the seat. Absolutely no additional equipment was required. When choosing a power bidet seat, compare the characteristics of this model with more expensive competitors. Too bad I didn't know it and didn't buy it many years ago. The only reason for 4 stars is that it was only installed for 1 month so I can't comment on its durability.
