However, after playing around with the app for over 30 minutes, I called tech support. They had to do some work on their server side to finally get the device working. Then the leak detector failed and a new one was sent. Although these initial installation issues were a little frustrating, once this device was put to work everything was flawless. Installed on the second house. I use it to turn off the water lines when we leave and turn them on when we arrive. I also like the reassurance that if I accidentally forget, I can still turn it off for miles.
