I can say that the team is great - in general they are friendly and always help in understanding one's business issues. Some products or tools may not be intuitive to use - hence some level of training is required so they understand how it works. The only thing we are currently facing with Global Threat Intelligence product is the time-to-response rate between incidents & reports - it takes sometimes 24 hours to get response to incident report / ticket etc from security analyst in Asia Pacific region; this is slow. Have realized the impact of the service and increased adoption of its tool by our organization. The customer service is excellent as they are very responsive to any issues that may arise with our account or their products in general. They have some of the best prices for MSPs around! I do not dislike anything about this vendor at all. Their team members were always available when needed during my tenure working there over 3 years ago. We used them primarily for VPN access but also had an endpoint monitoring solution setup through their platform which was great too.
