I really like this bottle. I wanted to increase my water intake throughout the day and this bottle has an hour mark to help me do that. I bought 32 ounces. bottle and fill it up twice in a day. The bottle is translucent which allows you to see the water level and compare it to the hour marker. It also has multiple markings showing different ounce counts, but each ounce is unmarked. On the other side of the bottle (the side that faces you while drinking) are some motivational and inspirational two-word sayings. You can comfortably hold the bottle with one hand as it is not too big. However, you may need to use your other hand to keep the flip-tab away from your face while drinking. The strap is not removable unless you wish to cut through the plastic ring and permanently remove it. However, a strap comes in handy when trying to carry multiple items.
