Windlass Anchor shackle will not fit through anchor eyelet. The solution is to remove the shackle from the end of the chain, thread the chain through the anchor eyelet, then attach the anchor shackle to the chain and the end link of the chain, forming a chain loop that goes through the anchor eyelet.
