Review on WOOWAVE Surfboard Straight Surfboards Waterproof by Wesley Holmes

DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANIZATION stands behind their product (or that Revain will help you). Bought because the leash came in a waterproof case. I thought it would be nice to photograph our nonprofit surfing program for at-risk South Central youth (a truly healing experience). The case strap broke (without a hit - the photo shows where the strap clip came loose) and now my young co-worker's iPhone is lying on the seabed. Her response was basically "You're out of luck". They literally said they "couldn't afford" to cover the damage caused by their faulty product. However, they expect a small charitable or struggling young person to foot the bill. There is no integrity. Terrible customer service. Heartless.
