There was a dearth of 4-inch adjustable shower heads mounts, but that's the size I wanted so I bought this arm. I like the length, but that's about it. The adjustments are wonky and this is not a continuously variable adjustment--you have to loosen the joints and move it from one notch to the next. There's a pretty big range from one notch to the next, so it's difficult to get the angles set "just so." It's also kind of a pain to loosen and tighten when adjusting the angle, and even when tightened there is too much play. I'd have preferred a continuously adjustable angle and no play when tightened up, so I'm knocking a couple stars off. It also seemed kind of pricey considering. I do like the length of this, all of the longer adjustable arms on the market would have put the shower head too far into the shower. Not sure why there aren't more 4" adjustable arms on the market.
