I love this grinder. I use it to make pour over, and it really upped my coffee game. Prior to purchasing this grinder, I was using a low quality electric one from a big box store. Once you figure out the grind settings, this grinder is so easy to use and clean.The grind setting has a dial with 10 numbered increments on it. Each increment has 4 more divisions within it. For the light roast beans I buy, I'm using a setting of 3.3 for Chemex (or 33, depending on how you think about it). This means 3 full rotations, plus 3 more of the whole number increments.
