This is a disappointment from Faberware. It's made of plastic, so it's a lot lighter than it should be. There's some thicker plastic on the bottom that helps weigh it down a bit, but it's not enough when loaded with dishes. It packs a large amount of kitchen stuff that weighs it down once you put a few inside. a bit more, but if you're not careful you can easily tip the whole thing over by pulling one out or trying to fill it first. There is a grip pad on the underside that prevents slipping but also keeps it moving. require you to raise it all the way. Beyond that, it's pretty good, and the finish can fool anyone who doesn't look closely that it's porcelain, so I guess it's not too bad.
