Review on Metabo HPT 115436M Miter Blade by Rick Bishop

I still had the original 50 ton combo blade that came with the saw. I've been looking for a good cross-cut blade from some high-end manufacturers, but I don't make a living off it. I couldn't justify paying over $100 for a blade. Since this is a Hitachi miter saw, I chose a Hitachi blade. WOW! Doesn't matter. I haven't installed a zero gap insert or secondary guide yet, but just replacing the blade has allowed me to achieve zero gap. I can't comment on how long this blade will last or stay sharp, but since I only make it as a hobby I think it will suit me.
