I like that they are very responsive with any issues in our network or computer systems; even if it is something minor! They also have great customer service reps who understand my needs/wants for computers (or lack thereof) at work as well as home life!! This has been an excellent choice so far - no complaints from me yet.

We use this provider because we can get all types needed within one contract which saves us money overall since you only pay once vs having multiple contracts throughout your year's budgeting process.- All devices used by employees come preloaded w programs necessary such as Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus & Outlook 2016 / 2013 etc., allowing easy access when required during business hours.
