I like how easy it is for us as an organization (Kirsten) or department within our business structure - we can easily do so much through this platform! It has been great at helping me understand what data my team should be collecting from clients vs internal systems & processes. As far as any issues go? Nothing really comes up too often but when there are problems they get solved very fast which makes them less impactful than if things were not addressed right away. This software allows you have transparency into your operations by allowing access via dashboard where all information regarding client contracts / invoices etc.,are available 24 hours 7 days per week without having to log out each time one wants some info. We use kst cloud services primarily because its easier using their web interface instead of logging onto multiple different platforms everytime i need something done such as invoice creation ect.. In addition since everything happens online no paper trail.
