1/32 " is not 1mm but 1mm
They are listed as 1/32" (1mm). The problem is that 1/32 inch is 0.8mm and they are actually 1mm so the gap is 25% larger than you would expect if you are looking for 1/32. Another problem is that the sides are quite wide so the slightest amount of washer caught between the tile and the clip will drastically upset the alignment - and this cannot be solved by simply wiggling - the clip will need to be removed and cleaned (and the side of the tile needs cleaning. Also, they're quite wide, expect fitting issues for something like a 4x12 tile.
