The system is easy to use with multiple ways in which you can search candidates or employees within it.

It's also very intuitive when searching through resumes/profiles etc., as well there are many different filters that allow flexibility depending what type(s) your looking at (ie job title). I dislike how they have been slow about adding new features such as video interviews but overall this software works great! We've used several other recruiting platforms over time and none compare so far - especially not those who charge an arm & leg like some others do out here!! They're still working towards getting everything set right though. Our team was able to find qualified individuals almost immediately using their service compared to having someone else try first before finding them ourselves.
