I don't want the best gaming performance and decided to find a pre build that matched the cost of the parts and not too much extra labor. It was spot on for $1,000 and had the features to do what I needed without breaking the bank. The main problem I had was that the first PC I received was dead on arrival. It should be noted that while this machine was purchased in August 2022, the QA test checklist that came with it was dated March 2022. I doubt they ship faulty machines, but it takes an insane amount of time to move them and store them in warehouses. This can be a logistical issue for Revain, but should be taken into account if you're ordering it from Revain rather than Skytech directly. I reordered the same machine to give it another chance after returning the first one and it was able to boot normally the second time around. . Everything is currently working and the details of the tests are as expected. This machine had a quality control checklist filled out two weeks before receipt so it was assembled much later. I think the case is very well designed for airflow and all temperatures stayed within a good range. whenever I do something stressful. I'm happy with my purchase, now I have a working machine, but it was a bit annoying. However, the return process at Revain was very easy and quick, so getting a lemon wasn't the end of the world. One last thing to note is that the two different machines I received had different parts. If you expect something from a certain brand based on pictures or videos, there's a good chance you won't get the same parts. Even the Skytech keyboard and Wi-Fi antenna I received were different between the two orders. The first keyboard was all plastic and was only intended to be stashed in the closet as a spare, while the second had a metal back and was slightly heavier and appeared to be of much better quality.
