I don't want the best gaming performance and decided to find a pre build that matched the cost of the parts and not too much extra labor. I really liked the computer, very cool and pure RGB, pretty quiet and a monster in games. I have an Asrock GPU with 2 fans, I wanted 3 fans but it's ok and the CPU cooler that came wasn't like the one in the picture, it was a liquid cooler which is very good has aprage lol and the cooler looks clean. I'm just going to upgrade my RAM to 32GB Trident RAM just to get full RGB and 32GB lol overall great computer hurry up and get it now before the price goes up :)

Anyone who loves computers knows that the aftermarket is a frenzy at the moment, and that's a huge disappointment for custom assemblers like me. I was in dire need of a replacement machine and so far this (10400F) is holding up great. I also installed my old hard drive from my previous machine and it was very easy! I only had problems with this tower. 1 week after I received it, the memory card failed. I called support and they sent me 2 replacement units. After 1 month, 1 of the 4 display outputs stopped working. After 1 month the 2nd display socket stopped working. I have spoken to tech support and although they say it is under warranty I have to send them the defective unit before they send a new replacement unit. After the pandemic, I needed to focus on online school, and since I started spending a lot of time at home, I wanted something to pass the time and play multiple games at the same time. This machine met both of my needs. I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars just to make the grass look realistic in Skyrim because it's so damn stupid and pointless. No, I do my homework, stream Netflix, sometimes play video games, and this machine does it all pretty well. .

I was a little worried about getting fake specs or extremely outdated hardware. To my surprise, this is exactly what they said. It's not the most powerful gaming PC, but it can easily run new (2020) games (you get around 30-60 fps in the modern games I tested. Older games run great with no crashes. I love the product, the only downside I have is the monitors attached. Tried with a splitter cable, didn't help. All I wanted to do was make my two screens the same, my two monitors couldn't see it for some reason, I've tried everything to fix it and it doesn't work, so maybe even with the simple low- End models from Skytech must have two HDMI ports for the motherboard to easily connect two monitors and make it an extended desktop

When the product arrived and was used, it started with a "blue screen". I contacted support and they told me it was a mistake they made when building the PC. I was told that parts are missing. The PC was sent back for repair. A month later it was sent back and there are still problems. I do not recommend spending money on this product. You will regret it and ask for a refund now.

everything came as expected and in good condition. First, when we connected to the monitor, nothing showed up and the hard drive light didn't blink. After following the given troubleshooting steps, we found that the connection to/from the graphics card is loose. Once we connected, everything went smoothly. Good product. Will definitely buy another SkyTech desktop PC.

I was looking for something cheap but strong enough, it's really decent. It works very quietly in games with a decent graphics resolution. Very happy on par with Xbox One x

So I'm returning it, I got it on March 29th, it took two weeks, so this morning it said Windows needs to update to 10 The monitor takes too long to power up..

That works great! I have a max ping in games of 60, it doesn't slow down at all and everything loads very quickly! Great for the price, I recommend.

The best computer I've ever had. I have a 144hz monitor and it's running at around 200fps while playing Fortnite and I'm getting a 244hz monitor on Saturday, very excited.

This PC is great for gaming! Play it in WOW. Very expensive for a computer I only play one game on. But the keyboard hurts the eyes. So I would advise investing in another computer. I'm also not a fan of red light.

Bought as my 10 year old's first gaming PC. Very easy to set up for a non-technical person. My son loves it and was on 24/7. Running Fortnite at great FPS (like I'm told) I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beginner gaming PC.

Nothing to complain about, so far so good, I've had no startup or shutdown issues, everything works as it should, although I've only had it for about 2 weeks.

So I bought this computer and it worked great for about 3 days, after which the graphics engines shut down. I finally contacted the company that built the computer and explained what happened and they made me send it back to them. They also sent me a brand new computer, so far it works very well, I only recommend Skytech to people because they actually sent a new computer and solved the problem well.
