Got the best defective in my rating
When the product arrived and was used, it started with a "blue screen". I contacted support and they told me it was a mistake they made when building the PC. I was told that parts are missing. The PC was sent back for repair. A month later it was sent back and there are still problems. I do not recommend spending money on this product. You will regret it and ask for a refund now.
