I like the fact that this ladder has a set of wheels. The ladder itself (speed 17ft) isn't so heavy that I couldn't lift it, but if it can be rolled and not carried, why carry? My only complaint is this: IF YOU DECIDE TO PURCHASE THE KIT LATER, WHY NOT FACTORY DRILL THE LADDER THE RIGHT SPACING FOR THE HOLES SO THE WHEELS CAN BE BOLTED ON EASILY? I don't mind saying I was a little nervous drilling my new $145 stair case because the instructions weren't 100% clear. It tells you (In my case you need to drill 1/4 inch from the end of the rubber grips. On my stair the rubber feet are not a consistent measurement. The height varies because the rubber feet are different lengths depending on the position on the stair you are measuring. For that you need to I deduct a star.
