Poor quality
This is the second time I have bought this RCA winder. Used, condition "good" and "very good". Both had the same problem. At the end of rewind, the tape is not automatically ejected as intended. That is a big problem. That means you can't just walk away and let the tape rewind on its own. The motor continues to rotate, putting stress on the tape and rewind mechanism. Maybe it was bad luck that two of them had the same problem. Or, more likely, just poor design and materials that wear out quickly.
