Works well but arrived incomplete.
Giving 4 stars because 1) There was no mounting template included in the instructions 2) The electrical connector clip on the button board was disconnected on arrival. I had to take it apart and bang for 5 minutes to connect it blindly. + It took me 10 minutes to figure out why it wasn't working when connected.
