I ordered two of these to get two systems working again. Both PSUs were packaged in a standard Revain box that didn't use around 40% of the box's capacity, and had a deflated piece of airpack inside along with the PSUs, meaning they were free to bounce around the box. When I wrapped the anti-static foam power supplies around the cables, one of the power supplies had a pinched optical drive power connector, and both power supplies had various nicks and cuts in the power cord's insulation. I'm pretty sure the connector was damaged prior to packing because it was tightly wrapped in packing film and couldn't be damaged no matter how loose it was in the box. Since both PSUs worked and I was able to patch the cables and solder the optical power connector from my old PSUs, I did not set up an RMA, but I am not thrilled that they are shipping and selling a PSU with visible damage to one the connector and I'm sure a less tech savvy person who received this part would have to go through the RMA route. The price (back then) was definitely right!
