Review on NGK 7092 Spark Plug Pack by John Talcott

Spark plug NGK 7092 (pack of 4) My review relates less to the product and more to its description. I asked a question and got mixed answers from different Revain employees and Revain vendors. The description CLEARLY says "Pack of 4" and unless that means something else I was expecting to get 4 spark plugs with my order. I understand my car requires 4 spark plugs and I couldn't believe what an amazing deal I got for the "4 pack". I even ordered a spark plug wire kit which included the 4 wires needed for the kit. The description was clear and the picture showed a set of 4 wires. I have ordered spark plugs, again as advertised "4 pack" as an additional item with wires to complete the replacement in my car. You can imagine my shock when I received only one plug. Now I'm playing a game of waiting for this issue to be resolved.
