I was skeptical at first because I asked the seller if it would work with my 2019 Pacifica and got a positive response. Then before shipping they contacted again and confirmed my car and said they were unsure if it would work. I said the worst that can happen is come and not work and I have to return it. After installing and updating, it works perfectly! (For now) Let's see how well it holds up. My only reason for four stars is that I wish the cable was just a tad longer, my Pacifica has a pocket right next to the USB port and it's sitting there for now. The current length of the cable is just a short hair to allow it to sit in the pocket behind the lip, basically it pulls the USB connector to the side a bit so it goes past the lip. Since I'm using it, I'll keep updating it. holds!
