Being able to search for employees in our database of candidates that have previously been hired through us was very helpful! Not being aware there were other options out their when searching at first could've made this process much easier if I hadn't found it so late into my job hunt (I literally just started looking last week).

We used them solely as an employer because they are such great fit with what we need from HR software - but also had no idea about all these features until after signing up which really put me off using another service now instead :/.
