Review on (10PCS) MOSFET N-Channel 300V 14A D2PAK FDB14N30TM by Michael Dixon
Worked as replacement for MSD80 BMW DME for E90
Unfortunately, my DME's 30BB error did not go away even after replacing the mosfets. The mosfets seemed ok to begin with and I did not detect any S/D shorts. I ended up upgrading to a MSD81. Other things that can go wrong with an MSD80 is the controller IC for the injectors which is not so easy to replace. I suspect this was the case with my MSD80. Big thumbs down to BMW for such a crappy product.
- fixed the persistent stuttering / misfires on cylinder #5 under load. Replaced all x6.
