Sabarent 2.5Gb Adapter) . I tried 7x other SFP+ modules that could do 2.5/5/10Gbps and all had issues with buffering at upload speed (was about 600 down, 1400 up). This is the first one that gave me symmetric 2000/2000Mbps. All other SFP+s seem to be suffering from a buffering issue and show that they are 10G on the Mikrotik side but mismatch the 2.5Gbe adapter and not working properly. More expensive but solved my problems.
