I did not read the ingredient label before purchasing this product. The first ingredient on the list is vegetable cellulose. I'm sure others like me can't eat fruit pulp. After taking just one capsule a day for a week, I (sorry if I'm being rude) started having blood in my stool. It's always disturbing to see that. To me, it's like eating ground glass! This has happened to me before with other supplements that contain either cellulose or microcrystalline cellulose, as well as cellulose in packaged pre-shredded cheese. This strikes me as a cheap bulking ingredient that I wish manufacturers didn't use and just stick with rice flour. So please read the ingredients label, especially if you too have problems with any type of pulp.
