One of our dogs has digestive problems after having part of the intestines removed and the other dog had liver failure so we need to keep him on a healthy diet. It was the perfect meal to keep both healthy while staying within our price range. Initially we had a lab for their venison recipe, but when we added a sheepdog to the family it became too expensive. It was a very easy transition for their tummies and both girls are very happy and healthy. Our vet told us that we needed to treat liver disease with a prescription diet, but year after year her blood tests showed healthy liver enzymes so I am very happy that this diet is helping her balance!
