I bought this system to treat well water in a lake house. It seems to be high quality and is working well. Because I winterize this home for the winter, the plumber drains the system and takes the cartridges out to be stored for the winter in a heated area. He found one of the cartridges to be split. I contacted Brian at iSpring and he promptly responded to me. He is very easy to work with and he is sending me a replacement cartridge this week. Customer service is excellent and I not only appreciate Brian's help but I also recommend this iSpring system.
