Pretty good massage and heat
I bought it to relieve knee pain. I like the different heat and pressure settings of the massage. While I can tolerate the highest massage level, the third level is too hot for the heat level, so I leave it on the lowest to medium setting. The fact that it can be charged and then used wirelessly is a plus. My only issue is that it doesn't fit very comfortably around the knee and I have to keep adjusting it.
