This pump arrived in very rough packaging with no paperwork. The cable is about the right length, about AWG 14. The product description said it was an SS impeller, but it's not a centrifugal pump, it's a Chinese-made screw pump. I doubt the material of the sleeve covering the screw will hold up at all - it's very flimsy and cheap looking. The 1 x 3/4" male to female adapter is a crude adapter in terms of threading. I have tested this with an adjustable voltage regulator capable of delivering 0-48VDC, 10A max output and the pump starts without Pumping pressure at around 13vdc Seems to work and outputs around 4.6gpm at 24vdc with 2.5m head I will buy an ammeter to measure the actual current draw I will try to get the flow at 6 m and measure the current draw (for the fuse) to see if it can be connected directly to a PV panel without a charge controller and battery pack.
