The tool is good and works well. The reason for the 4 star rating is poor quality control. The tool fell apart after the first dowel was installed in the wall. The entire mechanism is secured with a 10mm long M4 screw. So the one I used a shorter M4 bolt on didn't have enough threads and broke out as a result. After figuring out where all the prizes and numerous feathers went, I decided to fix it and not return it. A $1 10mm M4 bolt from Home Depot did the trick, but it took a lot of effort and time to put everything back together (especially the springs). Now it is like new and works perfectly. I hope it was just a case of poor quality control.
