Review on Grapevine by Girish Underwood

I like the ease of use, especially when you start to get into more complex tasks. It is very easy to learn, and as the product gets better, it gets even easier. There are some things that could be improved, such as the ability to export reports in different formats (e.g., csv). Also, there is no way to send emails from within the program. We have been able to automate our email processes using other products, but being able to do this with Grapevine would be great. We have used Grapevine for a couple months now, and we have had great success with it. We can easily track our sales performance by month, and it also allows us to see how much each employee is contributing to sales.
