To be honest, I ordered this for packing meat a long time ago. I don't eat meat but my boyfriend does. Now, just because I don't eat meat doesn't mean I don't know how to make a great meal with meat, but I can't stand the feel of meat on my hands. So I ordered them for cutting chops, processing steaks, forming meat rolls, and general processing when freezing the meat. these gloves are great. also good for collecting dog poop in the backyard. Nothing compares to the recent Covid-19 pandemic when I was able to use these gloves to handle goods returned from grocery stores and sanitize food. Thanks for being there for me gloves.
