So far it seems to be very good. For example, we built it into the wall.

Updated on 08/18/2018 (after 2 years of flawless work). It was an amazingly reliable and efficient air conditioner. It cools perfectly in warm weather and works well in winter by providing the necessary heat. We are more than satisfied. -------- Previous Comments: We built it into the wall about 30cm off the floor. Didn't really get a chance to use part of the air conditioning, but the heating mechanism works as advertised. I'm in Dallas and we haven't really had weather under 40 anywhere I've used it. But at 40 it works fine. I usually set it between 68 and 72. I turn mine off at 10pm because the room I installed it in isn't used after that hour. It turns on and off as needed as the room heats up and works as you would expect.
