Review on JustCall by Kyle Robinson

I love that it has different options for agents so they can use their own style when speaking/typing into the computer rather than being stuck in one way only. The software takes some time getting used too but once its down we have no issues! There's nothing really i dislike just minor glitches here or there like not having enough memory left after using certain apps sometimes which causes errors. Overall great product. Great training guide included as well. Nothing at this point. Not sure if more functions will be added later but all our questions were answered by the team who helped us set up our account. We do alot of customer care work and are able to answer customers from many states away without ever leaving home through an app called "Justcall". This makes our lives much easier because now we dont need to go out during bad weather days where possible customers could reach us and ask.
