Great little printer! Perfect for making labels for my small family restaurant. There are other machines here at Revain, but they can cost upwards of $100. I would suggest trying it out if you need something simple! And I use the word "simple" very lightly because there are many ways to customize the labels built into the app 🙂 It's just not a heavy-duty label maker. push it in so that the roll is firmly seated and the printer is set to "Continuous" and the application to "Punching". This allows the printer to automatically reposition the labels each time you print. The 4-star rating is because the app asks you to turn on the location setting. I use this for my restaurant and don't print sensitive information so it doesn't bother me much.
