The picture is a bit misleading as the profile isn't as deep as it looks. We could have bought a set of 4 "something different" for $100 less, with nice deep grommets, but it was basically two layers. Which turned out to be a problem on the tracks we ride. There are 6 of them and after riding twice a month for several years I am impressed. I have "tires" on my quad for dirt. My wife followed me effortlessly wherever I went. I've lost a third of my protectors in a year, they look like new. Better stability when driving on walls or driving on paved roads at high speed. I had to add air twice, max 1 or 2 psi. But I took the time to clean the inside of the rims. They will arrive close together and you need to give them time to stretch out. Since it was winter, I used a small heater. Apply liberal amounts of lubricant to the clean discs and do not exceed the seat pressure (30psi? It's on the sidewall). If you do it yourself, bolt the rim to the quad first. Sidewall fractures can be "impressive," like chopping off an arm or head.
