Support for your product is GARBAGE! I have tried contacting them to get an RMA or have them redeem the warranty on this product which my son paid for with his own money and is defective. Worked for about a month and stopped turning on. I will hide it for my son but it will not be junk from this company. Yes I am not happy because my son paid for it with his own money. GO with another product that we hope will be endorsed by the company. A perfect example of you get what you pay for.
