Support for your product is GARBAGE! I have tried contacting them to get an RMA or have them redeem the warranty on this product which my son paid for with his own money and is defective. Having used it for a few months I can safely say this is a pretty decent video capture card. The only problem I have is that for some reason it records video with low audio levels. I couldn't figure out why he did that! However, I was able to increase the volume in my video editor (use the video editor to increase the volume!). This was my first video capture card and I really liked it. I highly recommend it if you are looking for something cheap.
