Very soft and fits in my 18 inch deep pockets. Several reviews I read before purchasing said the sheets are equivalent to 1500 thread count sheets. No they are not (I have 1500 thread count sheets) but they are very soft and feel very light. I liked them so much that I bought three more sets. I love the variety of colors. The fact that they come with four pillowcases was a good selling point too. The only downside for me is that I can't buy extra pillowcases separately, I have six pillowcases on my bed and I wanted different colored pillowcases made from the same soft material to break up all the color and match my bedspread.
