Review on 📷 Sigma 18-250mm f/3.5-6.3 DC Macro OS HSM Lens for Nikon DSLR Cameras by Rachel Guzman

Lens 75 –300 mm with this one lens. After using it for about a month I found it great for outdoor shooting but only ok indoors. I used this lens to photograph fireworks on the 4th of July and the results were amazing. I was able to take some general shots of the entire display and then zoom in and get incredible close-ups. I then took it to the Chicago Botanic Gardens and tried out all sorts of shots, from wide angle shots of entire displays, to close-ups of distant displays, to some cool macro shots of flowers. I even got a good shot of a bee landing on a flower. It was nice to have so many possibilities in one lens. Indoors, however, the results were different. Due to the long range of this lens, it slows down very quickly. Therefore, indoor shots don't let in as much light as outdoor shots. I had to either slow down the shutter speed or use flash to get the same exposure as the lenses I was trying to replace. I decided that I would keep my original lenses and keep this lens. When you're outdoors, you don't need to change your lenses often. That can be a lot of dust and other materials that can get on the glass or, even worse, on the sensor. This is a great outdoor lens that can be used all day without changing lenses. However, once inside, you'll either need to use a flash or switch to a faster lens.
