Very disappointing product, I have only used it once and will not use it a second time. With no protection, I used it to trim the area around my beard. I had to wipe the cheek area a few times to get an appearance of a line, and even then it takes a razor blade to clean up the blotchy mess. When I did the neck it was very obvious that the groomer couldn't pull a clean line. When I used it to cleanse the area around my lips I actually cut myself - this has never happened to me with any groomer I've used (and I've used many over the years). That's when I noticed that my neck was bleeding in several places. security horror! I certainly had high hopes that I could at least take care of the beard myself. I did what I normally do - comb my beard and then ran the groomer in downward motions. It ruined my size, stains all over. This groomer is an absolute poop, I've had norelcos before in the past but I've never been so disgusted. If you are reading this, want a nice beard and/or care about your skin, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
